I bought this band. It came from England, I believe. I'm in the US, so it took a couple of weeks to receive it. It comes beautifully packaged and is a lovely band. There is one small problem and a bigger one. The watch didn't come with instructions on how to shorten the band. I had to struggle a bit to figure it out (it isn't hard, once you know how to do it). I didn't realize that, because of the type of clasp it has, it's difficult to put on by yourself because the heaviness of the stones and metal keep dragging down the side you're trying to grasp with the clip. If this type of clasp isn't a problem for you, I say, go for it. One more thing: I had one interaction with their customer support department, and their response was timely and gracious.
