What do you mean by 100% satisfaction guarantee?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've introduced the following 3 policies for all of your orders, so that you can shop with peace of mind:

1. Shipping guarantee: protection against lost during transit
2. 30-day no question ask: return or exchange for all products
3. 12 month breakage warranty: one-time replacement for all watchstraps

How does the shipping guarantee works?

We know that it is anxious to wait for your online order to arrive, and desperate to see that the package has been stuck. If your package has been confirmed to be lost in transit, or that there's no tracking details update for 10 days*, we will dispatch a new package to you at no additional cost.
*Exception applies for remote areas and regional delay.

What about the 30-day return or exchange?

We provide 30 days money-back guarantee for all non-personalized products, and you may remove the protective film for the watchstraps to try on our watchstrap. If you've decided to return your order, please submit your refund request here within 30 days of receiving the package (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

Please note that pre-paid shipping label is unavailable, and you will be responsible for all the fees involved for sending the items back to us at our designated address in the United Kingdom. Full refund for the returned item will be processed within 5 business days after we have received it.

What does the 12 month breakage warranty cover?

All our watchstraps purchased on or after 12 Nov 2023 are covered by a 12-month breakage warranty. Watchstraps purchased before this date are covered by a 6 month breakage warranty. The warranty period begins from the order date.

Please take a clear photo or video showing the issue and send it to our Support Team at service@lemonstraps.com . If our team is able to verify the issue, a one-time replacement for the item will be arranged.

If the items are broken after the 12-month warranty period, we will not be responsible for their replacement or repair.

The following are not covered by our warranty:
Scratches, wear and tear, tampering
Damages resulting from repair or alterations
Any electronic devices used in conjunction with our products

What if there's manufacturing defect?

All of our products are subject to a 14-day product guarantee. If there's any issue with the item that you've received, please take a clear photo or video showing the issue and submit your exchange/return request here. Our team will resolve the issue for you.

Included: Coloration issues, loosening of clasps, any defect issues
Excluded: wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer, any electronic devices used in conjunction with our products

Notes for watchstraps:  The inner side of our watch clasps would not be colour-coated. Brush marks on stainless steel and minor markings in between the chains are also unavoidable. Such would be unnoticeable when you wear our products, and we do not consider them as product defect.
