1. Does Lemon Straps guarantees its products?

Yes, we do! We are committed to deliver the best watch bands to you, though mistakes happen once in a while. If you do discover issues with the items received, or that we've sent you a wrong product, please take a picture/video of the problem and email it to us within 14 days of receiving the package (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). We may be able to replace it with a new piece without having you to return the original one.

2. What do you consider a product defect?

If the product has a manufacturing defect such as disconnection or loosening of clasps, or we send you the wrong item, we will replace the items for free. However, welding and electroplating marks, glue marks, creasing from delivery or minor issues with stitches will not be considered defects. Items that are the wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer will not be considered defective items.

 

3. I've changed my mind. Can I return my product for a refund or exchange?

Yes, we offer 30-Day Money-back Guarantee for all non-personalized products. You can send the item to our designated address in the United Kingdom for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us via our Customer Support mailbox (service@lemonstraps.com) within 30 days of receiving the package.

Please note that you will be responsible for all the fees involved for sending the items back to us, and the return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at designated address in the United Kingdom.  Refund will only be processed after we have received the product.
