Delivery Guarantee
What does "delivery guarantee" mean?
We guarantee delivery to the address you provide. You’ll receive tracking details and notifications when your package is "out for delivery" or "delivered." If delivery isn’t possible at your door, packages may be left with a neighbor or in a safe place. Once marked "delivered" by the courier, we consider it delivered, even if left in a mailbox. This guarantee doesn’t apply to incorrect addresses. If no safe place is available, you may need to pick up your package at a post office.
What should I do if my package is lost during delivery?
Contact us at service@lemonstraps.com if you notice issues. If your package is lost or undelivered after 10 business days (exceptions for remote areas), we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
What if my package was stolen?
We are not responsible for items once marked "delivered" by the courier.
I haven't received my package, but tracking says it’s "delivered." What now?
Check your mailbox and with neighbors. If you can’t find it, contact us to confirm shipment status. If delivery is confirmed, reach out to the courier to investigate. We cannot assist with stolen items.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If dispatched, we can’t update the address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we won’t reissue the order. If the package hasn’t been delivered, contact us for options with the courier.
