So shipping said 5-7 days and mine took over 2 weeks. The shipping shows it coming from California but it actually comes from China. I compared it to my Amazon one I got for a fraction of the price and it’s the exact same one so take that for what it’s worth. The other thing is I’m not a tiny person I have a decent sized wrist and it goes completely over to the almost farthest loop. Making it much more bulky and not as cute because just see the plain portion of the strap. When I emailed customer service about shipping (twice) they were dismissive. So although I like the band, I won’t be ordering again.
