Order Processing Times
In-stock items are processed within 1-4 business days.
Pre-orders and custom items take 7-14 business days.
We aim to ship in-stock items the same business day, but processing may take up to 4 business days. Shipping times do not include processing time, and all delivery times are estimates.


Potential Delays
Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery if the customer is unavailable at the provided address, and no refunds will be issued in such cases..

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and accessible during the estimated delivery window.


2026 Warehouse Holiday Closures
Our warehouse will be closed on February 15 -24, May 1 - May 5, October 1 - October 5. Parcels will be sent as soon as possible after the holiday closures.


Order Status Check
Tracking info will be emailed after dispatch. Updates may take 1-2 business days. For local tracking, use your tracking number with postal services like Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post, or Australia Post. Track here: Order Status.


Order Cancellation Request
To cancel an order, please email us at service@lemonstraps.com within 120 minutes of your order being placed. Unfortunately, after 120 minutes, we will not be able to cancel an order due to our speedy processing times.


Lost Packages or Stolen Items
If you suspect a lost package during transit, contact us here. We will work with our courier partner to see if the issue can be rectified quickly, and in some instances we may ask you to contact the local delivery company directly. If the package is indeed lost during transit, we will resend the package at no extra cost.

Lemon Straps do not provide insurance coverage for lost or stolen items post-delivery. Nevertheless, if you are able to provide proof or police report that your item is indeed stolen, we may issue you a one-time free replacement package on a discretionary basis. 


Cannot Locate Delivered Package
Please check your mailbox, your household surroundings, and with your neighbours to see if the package is left with them. In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours. Contact us here to reconfirm the shipment status. You may be asked to contact the local courier company for investigation and necessary arrangement.

We shall not be responsible for any stolen or repeated lost items once the packages are declared “delivered” by the courier service, and redelivery will not be arranged once your package has been marked "delivered". Nevertheless, if you are able to provide proof or police report that your item is indeed stolen, we may issue you a one-time free replacement package on a discretionary basis. 


Customs Clearance
Customs clearance varies by country. In some locations, such as Taiwan, identity verification may be required. You are responsible for providing necessary information to customs.


Unclaimed Packages
Ensure accurate recipient information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect info or customs refusal due to missing recipient details will not be reissued. Package may be destroyed by courier partner, and refund will not be arranged.


Shipping Origin
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Guangdong. UK and European orders may ship from London.
