The above shipping time is just an estimate and not guaranteed. Please note additional time is needed for deliveries to remote locations. Furthermore, customs may take some processing time to clear the package, and cause unavoidable delay. Please also allow extra delivery time during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping to Gibraltar, China (Mainland), India and Russia is currently unavailable. We are also unable to deliver to remote districts with no postal service coverage.

*Express delivery is unavailable for the following regions: EU countries, Hong Kong, Korea, United Kingdom and remote locations.
**Delivery for APO, FPO, DPO addresses or remote locations takes roughly 20-25 business days after dispatch.

 

How can I check my order status?
The order information or tracking number will be sent to you via email after our courier has processed the package. The tracking information may not be immediately available, as carrier's record is usually updated around 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.

International transit and local delivery at your home country are usually handled by different courier companies. Here are some of our courier partners handling your packages' local delivery:

When will my orders be dispatched?
In-stock products will be processed and dispatched after payment has been confirmed, which will take approximately 1 to 3 working days. Orders containing pre-order or personalized products will be processed and dispatched in 7 to 14 working days.

Please allow extra processing time during busy periods or holidays. Orders placed during the following holidays may be delayed and processed after the holiday periods.

Where will be my orders be shipped from?
Most orders will be shipped from our third party warehouse in Dongguan. Depending on availability, UK and Europe orders may be processed from our London offices.

 

What can I do if my package is lost during delivery?
Please write to us right away at service@lemonstraps.com if you notice any abnormality with your shipment. We will work with our courier partner to see if the issue can be rectified quickly, and in some instances we may ask you to contact the local delivery company directly. 

In case your package is lost during transit, we will re-issue a new package to you at no additional cost. However, we shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package is declared "delivered" by the local courier company. Click here to read more about our Delivery Guarantee.

 

Do you handle all customs clearance arrangement?
Import arrangement varies across countries. We rely on our courier partner for custom clearance, but there's a limitation as to what we can do. For example, identity verification is required to be submitted by recipients of international package in India or Taiwan. This is a governmental regulations, and you/the recipient are responsible for submitting such information directly to your local customs via the carrier company. To facilitate the KYC verification purpose, please use your full name when placing your order. Failure to do so may lead to delay in your order delivery.

 

What if there are Import Tax, VAT and Duties?
As a general rule, you (the recipient) will be responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which may be levied once the package reaches the country of destination. In such cases, your local customs will contact you directly of the arrangement. The follow is a summary of regional tax arrangement. This list may not be up-to-date, so please check with your local customs office and contact them if you have tax related questions.

Australia

We are not AU GST registered, and the 10% GST is not inclusive in our price. You can spend up to 1000 AUD and not incur any duty on your order.

Canada

You are responsible for all duties and taxes, including but not limited to the 5% GST, import duties, and provincial sales tax.

European Union

All duties and taxes are inclusive in our price, and we handle all customs tax at import.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a free port. You do not need to pay any customs duty or tax on imports (excise duties for tobacco, liquors, etc. apply).

Singapore

You can spend up to 400 SGD and not incur any duty on your order. GST is 7% and due on any order above 400 SGD. 

United Kingdom

We are UK VAT registered, and the 20% VAT is inclusive in our price for orders under £135. Depending on availability, orders may be delivered from warehouses outside of the UK. No Customs Duty are levied for orders under £135.

United States

You can spend up to 800 USD and not incur any duty on your order. You are responsible for all duties and taxes, including regional sales tax. 

 

Unclaimed Packages

1. Please fill in the accurate recipient information. In case of fail delivery attempt due to incorrect information, we will not reissue the order.

2. If you refuse to receive the parcel, or that the product is refused at customs due to insufficient/inaccurate information of the recipient, the products will either be destroyed, or returned to us and not be shipped again. No refund will be processed unless the package has been returned to us. If the package has been returned, we will send you an email about the situation and the refund arrangements. Refunds will be processed after deducting all personalization service charges, £5.99 GBP for standard shipping or £10-25 for express shipping, and 20% of order value as administrative costs.

3. We reserve the right to blocking your account from using our service if we notice malicious intent to violate or exploit our Policies.
