6-Month Product Warranty
This warranty applies to products purchased from 10 May 2022 onwards.
1. How does the 6-month Product Warranty works?
We offer a 6-month warranty on all our products purchased on our website. If you discover any issue with your items within 6 months from the date of original purchase, please take a picture/video of the problem and email it to us. We will provide further instructions on how to send the item back to us, and a one-time replacement of the same product can be arranged during the warranty period.
You can contact us via our Customer Support mailbox (email@example.com). Please use the same email address, or provide us with your order details so that we can track the record. We will get back to you promptly to ensure you a satisfied shopping experience.
Please note you will be responsible for all the fees involved for sending the items back to us, and the return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received at our designated address in United Kingdom. No refund can be claimed under the 6-month warranty after the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
If your product(s) is discontinued, it may be replaced by a similar option. Lemon Straps reserves the right on the final decisions.
2. What does the warranty cover?
We take pride in our product quality. If there's any issues such as disconnection or loosening of clasps within 6 months from your date of original purchase, please take a photo of the issue and send it with the order details to us. Please note any damages caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications are not covered by our warranty. No devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, etc.) other than our products are covered by our warranty. Repair costs incurred due to any damages to any electronic device are not covered. No replacements are applied to lost or stolen items.
3. Can I request a different product as replacement under the warranty?
We can only offer the same product as replacement unless it is discontinued.
4. I receive Lemon Straps' products as a gift from my friend. Can I claim the warranty?
The warranty can only be claimed by the person who made the order, in this case, your friend. If you still wish to contact us about the product, please provide us with your friend's name and the order number so that we can look into our record. Please note that we can only ship the package to the original mailing address unless instructed directly by your friend.
