How does the free product warranty work?
We offer a 12-month warranty on products purchased after 12 Nov 2023; items bought before this date have a 6-month warranty. You can receive one replacement per item within the warranty period. To claim, email images or videos showing the issue to service@lemonstraps.com, including your order email or details. If verified, we’ll arrange a free one-time replacement. If the product is discontinued, we’ll provide a similar item. If not verified, you’ll need to return the item at your expense.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers breakages like phone case damage or watchstrap clasps breakage within 12 months. It does not cover wear-and-tear, scratches, color fading in leather, damages to devices used with our products, or lost/stolen items.
Can I get a refund or different product under the warranty?
We only offer the same product as a replacement unless discontinued. Refunds are not available after the 30-day return window.
Can I claim the warranty for a gift?
Only the original buyer can claim the warranty. If you received the product as a gift, provide your friend's name and order number. We’ll ship only to the original address unless instructed otherwise.
