Can I return my product for a refund?
Absolutely! We’re committed to your satisfaction. Here’s how to return your item:
Refund Details
We’ll issue a full refund for non-personalized products within 3 business days of receiving your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returning part of your order may void applicable discounts. A 50% processing fee applies to refunds for customized items.
Return Process
Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery here. You cover return shipping; we don’t provide pre-paid labels. Return items in their original packaging to avoid damage. Shipment remains the responsibility of the customer until they are received, so we recommend using delivery with tracking.
We accept all international returns at our United Kingdom address.
Time Limit for Returns
You have 30 days to return items. For international customers, we accept returns arrived within a reasonably extended timeframe. Please provide proof of sending within the 30-day period or within 14 days of raising your request, whichever later. This can be the postal label stamped with dates on your returning package, tracking link, or receipt of your postage with the sending date.
Defective/Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please send us a photo within 14 days here or email us. If verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement. You will not be charged for the return.
*Brush marks on stainless steel, minor markings in between the chains and clasps, and imperfections for handmade items are unavoidable. Such are unnoticeable when you wear our products, and we do not consider them as product defect.
*Wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer would not be covered.
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic and often used for medical purposes. However, it contains trace amount of nickel, which some people may have allergic reaction to. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend against wearing our products. We do not cover shipping costs for return due to allergies.
Post-30-Day Issues
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products.
Damage to Devices
Our warranty does not cover damages to devices used with our products. Normal wear and tear apply. Users have to take care of the products and ensure that they are in proper working condition before usage.
Gifts
To return a gift, please provide the purchaser’s name, email and order details. Exchange items can be sent to a new address designated by you, but any refund will only be processed to the original payment method.
Return Address
Please do not send items to our warehouse without confirmation. You will receive the return address after submitting your request.
