Nice quality straps, but the resizing tool they gave me was cheap and ineffective. I had a really hard time using it to get the watch band the size I needed it! That being said, if you have issues with allergies and contact dermatitis from most common Apple Watch bands, these are safe, hypoallergenic, and gorgeous!

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you love the quality and that our bands are hypoallergenic and safe for you. We're sorry to hear about the difficulty with the resizing tool and will take that into consideration for future improvements. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance with resizing—we're happy to help!

Unfortunately this did not work out. The product was weak and the plastic part broke while unsuccessfully trying to remove links from my new lemon strap, and the needle on the screw bent. I have experience with using this type of tool & watch link removal and even made sure to follow the directions provided. This did not do the job and now I have to get the strap adjusted professionally.
