According to Taiwan Customs, recipients must have real-name authentication for receiving any overseas parcel ship to Taiwan.
Please download the official ‘EZ WAY’ mobile application for registration so that the custom clearing process can be done faster and smoother. If you are a foreign nationals residing in Taiwan, you must also complete a letter of authorization each time you order cross-border goods. This allows your customs broker to handle the clearance procedures for you.
You will receive a shipping details confirmation email from Lemon Straps to gather information needed for custom clearing process. Please reply the email with your:
- Full name (Chinese)
- Mobile phone number
- ID card Number
If we do not receive your information within 3 business days, we will dispatch your order using postal service (estimated delivery time: 30 business days).
Please noted that the courier may ask you for your tax number (identification number) upon delivery. For latest Custom policy and arrangement, please refer to the Taiwan Custom website.
If courier fail to retrieve your information from EZ WAY, the order may be returned back to us. When the order gets returned, it will not be shipped again. We will send you an email about the situation and arrangements upon receiving the returned package. Refunds will be processed after deducting relevant shipping and administrative costs.
